NCC Group 'Top IT Employer' - third consecutive year
For the third consecutive year NCC Group has been awarded “Top IT
Employer” status in The Corporate Research Foundation’s (CRF) annual UK
listing.
The 2010 UK edition saw NCC Group score high marks for Working
Conditions, Career Development and Training, Company Culture together
with Pay and Benefits.

The Top IT Employers United Kingdom Award combines the exceptional
expertise of CRF's global research and writing experts supported by a
panel of independent expert advisers. Using a professionally developed
and annually updated questionnaire as the starting point, all companies
were assessed, analysed and benchmarked by the independent panel against
the following criteria:
- Pay and benefits
- Training and continuing
professional development (CPD)
- Innovation
- Corporate
culture/work-life balance/vision and values
- Opportunities for
promotion and career development
- Diversity
- Corporate
social responsibility (CSR)
A percentage mark is awarded for each criterion, with an average of all
of them providing a total percentage score. The judges then take these
scores, together with in-depth profiles written on each company by our
leading business journalists, to assess each company's suitability for
Top IT Employer in the UK status.
Britain's Top Employers offers incisive and compelling insight into what
it's like to work for some of the smartest, most forward-thinking
organisations in the UK. By combining comprehensive and independent
company profiles written by leading journalists with the in-depth
research conducted by the CRF Institute, the results of the project show
just what makes a top employer. Britain’s Top Employers works closely
with local HR experts to ensure the relevance of its research in the UK.
The rating process is audited independently by Grant Thornton.
