Senior Management

Felicity Brandwood, a qualified solicitor, was appointed a director of Escrow Solutions in 2006 alongside her role as Group Company Secretary, having joined the Group in 1984. Along with day-to-day responsibility for the operational management of the Group's Escrow Solutions division, she is responsible for the overall operation of the US business and implementation of the Group's US expansion plans.

Jon Leigh has been Director of Escrow Solutions since 2003. He is responsible for both the product development and sales strategies of the Group’s Escrow Solutions division and the development of the Group's European business, including integration of the recent acquisition of Escrow Europe. With a background in testing, he has worked for NCC Group for over 20 years and previously held a variety of management roles.

Andy Hague joined NCC Group in 2006 and is responsible for the operational management and technical development of the Group's security testing business - SecureTest. He was previously Managing Director at technology company XAL Group and has more than ten years technology and senior management experience.

Bob Dowson is responsible for the operational management and development of the Group's Performance and Load Testing business - Site Confidence. He joined the company in 2002 from Forrester Research, where he was Commercial Director responsible for account management in Europe.

Roger Rawlinson is responsible for the management of the Group's Assurance division. He has worked for NCC Group for over ten years in a variety of testing and consultancy roles and was appointed a Director of Consultancy in 2004.

John Redeyoff is responsible for the strategic development of new services and markets and delivery of new revenue streams, in particular our 365 assured security and monitoring services, having joined NCC Group in 2003 as Director of the Consultancy division.

Reporting to Roger Rawlinson, Nathan Jackson is Director of the Consultancy Assurance practice and is responsible for the strategic development, direction and delivery of the Group’s comprehensive range of Risk, Compliance and Assurance services and manages a team of experienced security consultants.
