RANT Forum (London)

When: Tuesday 24th January 2012 from 5.30pm
Where: The Counting House, 50 Cornhill, London, EC3V 3PD - Map

Happy new year to you all: Please note this months RANT Forum will be on a Tuesday

Thom Langford, CISM CGEIT, will be hosting the discussion on The Anatomy of the Risk Assessment.

Thom is currently the head of Risk Management in Sapient's Global Security Office, responsible for highlighting and advising on delivery, compliance and industry security risks across North America, Europe, India and Australasia. With 18 years experience in IT and Information Security, Thom brings an often opinionated view of risk, both in assessments and management, but manages to do so with humour and pragmatism (mostly).

Discussion Overview
"A thorough risk assessment is an intimate process, akin to the dissection and analysis of key organs of the body. Each organ needs to perform its function in complete harmony with the others in order to fulfil its true function and potential. How can you ensure your business and security processes function properly letting you make it out of this dissection alive?"

What is RANT?
