NCC Group takes accessibility seriously and endeavours to implement the recommendations of the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative published in the W3C document: Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 1.0.
Legislation and jurisdiction for commercial websites in the UK is covered by the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 part 3 - Goods and Services. As users of the NCC Group site may also fall within Government and Educational categories, the Special Educational Needs and Disability Act 2001 part 2 and the guidelines for Government websites published by the Office of the e-Envoy entitled e-GIF (Government Interoperability Framework) are also considered relevant.
