She has influenced major policy debates across the UK, EU and internationally, including through the CyberUp campaign, the UN Cybercrime Convention process and the UK–France Pall Mall discussions. A trusted convener across government, industry and academia, Kat drives regulatory engagement that delivers realworld resilience outcomes. She holds a Master’s in Public Affairs and Lobbying, a BA in Public Administration, and is a 4th Dan black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
