Sean Arrowsmith is Head of Industrials at NCC Group, overseeing strategy and engagement across the Transportation, Energy & Utilities, and Manufacturing sectors. With more than two decades of cyber security experience, Sean has held senior commercial roles across startups and global organisations, including Siemens.
He previously served as a Group Board Director at IRM, helping grow the business ahead of its acquisition by Altran, where he went on to expand industrial cybersecurity services for major clients in Aerospace, Energy, Manufacturing and Defence. He later joined Crossword Cybersecurity as an Executive Director, focusing on supply chain security, risk management and managed security services.
