NCC Group marks sixth year partnering with Empowering You to advance female cyber security leadership

Monday 9 March 2026 - NCC Group is proud to announce the continuation of its long-standing partnership with Empowering You, marking the sixth consecutive year of sponsorship for the renowned cross-sector programme dedicated to developing the UK’s next generation of female cyber security leaders.  

As part of this ongoing collaboration, NCC Group will sponsor the Spring 2026 graduation events for the London & South and Northern England regional programmes. These events recognise and celebrate the achievements of women as they complete the personal leadership programme, designed to equip the next generation of cyber security leaders with the skills, confidence and networks they need to thrive. 

Alongside supporting the graduation celebrations, NCC Group is also proud to be backing four of its own colleagues - two from each region - as they take part in the Spring 2026 cohort, reflecting the organisation’s ongoing investment in developing diverse talent from within.
