NCC Group secures position on G-Cloud 12 framework

16 November 2020

Global cyber security and risk mitigation expert, NCC Group, has secured its place on G-Cloud 12 – the procurement framework for the UK’s public sector.

This is the seventh year the Group has secured its place on the framework, which was introduced in 2013 to make it easier for UK public sector organisations to purchase cloud computing services, including hosting, software and support.

With a greater focus on cloud assurance and incident response services, NCC Group will now offer 76 services on the G-Cloud Digital Marketplace to central Government, local councils, NHS Trusts and other organisations across the public sector.

This will include automated logging and monitoring services, as well as a range of ‘as a service’ offerings from the Group’s data and software resilience specialists, ensuring that public sector bodies can bridge any skills gaps and continue to scale up their technology environments safely and securely.

Karen Fryatt, interim head of public sector at NCC Group commented: “Public sector technology needs have changed – organisations have been forced to go through years of transformation in a matter of months. While this has triggered many positive changes in terms of processes, it has also highlighted the need for greater cyber resilience.

“Over the years we have supported countless public sector organisations as they have made the move to the cloud, and we’re proud to be named again as a trusted provider for this next transition period – to be helping critical bodies achieve the integrity, availability and security needed to sustain key services across the UK.”
