Today, we have been announced as the independent, third-party, security provider for TikTok’s Project Clover - a program focused on creating a reinforced secure enclave for TikTok user’s data in Europe and the UK.
Our objective scrutiny, monitoring and assurance on this project means that TikTok’s 150 million users in the UK and Europe, along with Governments and authorities, can have additional confidence that data is being kept safe and secure.
NCC Group will provide independent checks and monitoring of TikTok’s European data security measures and independently audit its data controls and protections, monitor data flows, provide independent verification and report any incidents.
NCC Group will also provide ongoing managed security services for TikTok’s security gateways, performing real-time monitoring to identify and respond to any suspicious or anomalous access attempts and help ensure the continuous integrity of its security controls operations.
