NCC Group has formally been approved as a “Certified Advanced Persistent Threat Response Provider” by the German Federal Office for IT-Security (BSI).
In order to apply for certification a team was put together formed out of NCC Europe’s Cyber Incident Response Team (CIRT).This team was tasked with performing a table-top exercise describing in detail which actions have to be taken in the realistic scenario of a breach caused by an external adversary or criminal group. After the team successfully closed the case, the BSI awarded NCC Group with the certification a few days later.
This official approval will benefit the growth of the NCC Group brand in the German marketplace and make us known as a highly professional and top quality incident response provider.
