NCC Group joins the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA)

09 December 2021

Global cyber security and risk mitigation expert, NCC Group, today announced a further development in its collaboration with Microsoft by joining the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA).

MISA is an ecosystem of independent software vendors and managed security service providers that have integrated their solutions with Microsoft’s to better defend against a world of increasing threats.

The announcement follows the news earlier this year of the addition of Microsoft Sentinel to NCC Group’s Managed Detection and Response offering.

Michelle Ayres, Global Cloud Vendor Alliances Director at NCC Group, comments: “We are delighted to be taking this next step in our collaboration with Microsoft and working with the wider MISA community as we continue to deliver value to our joint customers and make a real impact to their overall security and resilience.”

“The Microsoft Intelligent Security Association has grown into a vibrant ecosystem comprised of the most reliable and trusted security software vendors across the globe. Our members, like NCC Group, share Microsoft’s commitment to collaboration within the cybersecurity community to improve our customers’ ability to predict, detect, and respond to security threats faster,” comments Maria Thomson, Microsoft Intelligent Security Association Lead.

Through a wide range of MDR services, NCC Group enables customers to detect, respond, and recover from threats targeting networks and endpoints. By discovering new and emerging threats, it offers customers insight and context into malicious activity and response capabilities so they are able to mitigate damage before it leads to a major data loss incident.
